Attend Parent & Guardian Information Night!

Apply to Bobcat Innovation for 2025-26!
Our In-Person Innovative Programs are committed to providing education in a different way. The experience you will get at Bobcat Innovation is much different than what you will see in a more traditional educational setting. Our curriculum is centered around Project Based STEAM Learning.
Our students learn by working together to creatively solve real world problems. In doing so, they learn to think. Students learn life skills of communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork as they solve problems and learn content. Our methods increase student motivation and engagement, and our state test scores support that it works.
For some examples on the specific content and curriculum we use, check out our middle school programming.

Vision:
Bobcat Innovation fosters the development of critical thinkers who are compassionate, creative, and collaborative lifelong learners, empowering them to unlock their unique genius through flexible learning opportunities.
Technology:
Bobcat Innovation students will be actively involved with technology resources. The GBCS Technology Department is onsite on the first floor of the Perry Center. New technologies will be introduced on a regular basis, prior to being implemented district-wide. It is important that technology be used purposefully, as a tool, to support curriculum and enhance learning.
Mission/Philosophy:
Education is more than a storehouse of knowledge and set of skills. Students learn in multiple ways and are benefited by a variety of instructional methods and an interdisciplinary approach. A quality education results when students are actively involved and create meaning through purposeful, authentic learning experiences. We believe that social, emotional, and academic learning are interrelated and that educators, families and community are essential partners in guiding our students to actualize their own unique genius. As an innovative school, we continually strive to improve education.
